At Burgettstown Youth Wrestling Club (BYWC), we are committed to shaping the future of young athletes. Our program is designed to build strength, confidence, and character both on and off the mat. Whether your child is new to the sport or an experienced wrestler, we offer a supportive and inclusive environment where they can develop their skills and thrive.

Registration Details:

*Try out period is October 28,30 & November 4,6,&7 in the wrestling room at the high school from 6 to 8 pm

*When considering registering a 1st Year wrestler, please note that we will hold a one week trial / try out period. . This is a great way to get your child in the room to see if they will like the sport or not. We will do some basic conditioning and drills at this time. Once your child decides they are interested, you will have plenty of time to still register them.

Registration Fee: First Child: $100 Additional Siblings: $50 each

This fee covers coaching, competition participation, and access to team events throughout the season.

Registration Deadline: All registrations must be completed by the end of October. No cap on the number of wrestlers!

Competitions and Tournaments: Your child will have the chance to compete in local tournaments and state-level championships.

Skill Development: Practices focus on technique, strength training, and building mental toughness.

Community Engagement: We host fun events like Spaghetti Night and Bingo Bash to bring our wrestling families together.

Mouth guard (if your child has braces)

Athletic shorts and t-shirt or singlet
