Days: Every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday @ 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Location: Jr/Sr High Varsity Wrestling Room

We also offer an optional live day on Fridays for athletes who want to get in some extra training. Practices will focus on building technique, strength, and mental toughness in a fun and supportive environment.
